1. How long will it take my order to arrive after I make payment?

With the recent circuit breaker measures put in place, we have been experiencing a surge in our delivery orders. We will try our best to deliver all the items to you between 5 to 7 working days. We seek your understanding if your item delivery order is delayed.

2. How much is the delivery fee?

Free delivery for orders above S$100. $5 shipping cost per order below S$100. Please take note that we do not deliver to Jurong and Sentosa island.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

Marketing in charge will create an account for you and the details will be sent to you via email. You may check your purchase history and manage your account information via My Account.

4. What kind of payment method may I use?

– PayPal (MASTER/ VISA/ AMEX), Atome

5. I have already made payment, but I have not received any confirmation, what happened?

Most payments are processed immediately. After payment is made, the status will be updated to “Processing”. Please check with your bank or card provider to see if the payment has been deducted from your account. If the order status does not update within 24 hours, please contact our staff.

6. How do I know if my order(s) went through?

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. We will be arranging the delivery, and all items will be delivered to you between 5 to 7 working days. We seek your understanding that if your item delivery order is delayed during this circuit breaker measures due to the surge in our delivery orders.

7. What if I did not receive any emails regarding my orders?

Please kindly check your Junk Mail for any order email. If there is no email still, do let our staff know and we will check for you. Additionally, mark emails from shop@cherylw.com.sg as safe or “not junk”, so that future emails from us will not go to your junk folder.

8. Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, addition, or amendments to the order. We highly recommend you review your order invoice before making payment.
9. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, please click “Lost your password?” below “Login” or click here. Your login email address is required and a new password will be emailed to you shortly.
